Went to Chick-Fil-A here in Albuquerque. Arrived at 2:10 pm and waited in the drive-up line which was down the street. 55 minutes after I arrived I got my order. Police presence on site, someone videotaping the craziness and the restaurant had 2 people taking orders outside. 1 would write your order down, hand it to you and the next guy took your order and called it into the restaurant figuring it was quicker that way than letting people order call their order through the usual place. The dining room was standing room only, there's a photo of it, but not sure you can see. The Best Buy next door had a FULL parking lot and most people walking across to the CFA because Best Buy is rarely full. It was great! The employees were friendly, handling the pressure and the crowds well and while the drive-up employee was giving me my change, someone else was handing my order out the window. I saw lots of people walking out with huge bags of CFA and many people walking up with their children and the whole family. It was wonderful! They just had a soft opening at the 4th Albuquerque location earlier this week so I can just imagine those poor employees, trial by fire! (I do know how to use paragraphs, but when I previewed my post they didn't show, sorry)

Great pictures.
The employees were friendly, handling the pressure and the crowds well...
That happens when the people they are serving are civil and polite and appreciative. I hope employees all get a bonus for working their butts off today! A great learning experience for the young teens and older working there.
