Talking to a bunch of people the consensus seems to be that Perry has been a good governor, but his time has passed. He has been there too long. His dismal showing as a presidential candidate really has a lot of people scratching their heads and wondering what is up with him.

No, Ted Nugent is volunteering as a poll watcher. He is up in a tree stand with a compound bow.

Perry, the moron that he is, has gone over to the dark side!!! I hate to say it, because i have voted for Perry in the past, but....he is now in the same league as the buffoon VP, of ours, none other then the dumbest human being in the universe, Joe Biden!!
Am praying for a gigantic Cruz victory this evening!!! Come on Texas, lead our nation back to freedom, liberty and opportunity for all!! Voting for Cruz is your political chance to shine out across this great land, now being destroyed by Obama, Biden and their low life, Democrat Party Ilk!!!

I voted for Cruz in early voting. Like others I don't know anyone that has voted for Dewhurst.

I’m not familiar with all of his rulings, but how about Ted Poe for SCOTUS?

I agree 100%. John Devine is my pick. He got sued to remove a painting of the Ten Commandments from his courtroom and told the liberals to go pound sand. He is a very strong Christian, which makes liberal’s heads explode.
As I recall, David Medina actually was indicted by the Grand Jury, but later in a very hush-hush deal the charges were dropped.
Focus on the Family endorses John Devine.
Vote Cruz!
Vote Devine!

He was well-known for imposing ‘creative sentences’ on offenders. He was very tough, but would give offenders a chance to atone for their deeds and prove themselves whenever possible. I’d LOVE to see him on SCOTUS. He’d be perfect. I would settle for Attorney General.

I am working a Harris county polling place we have been steady all day and people seem very enthusiastic about November and Cruz’s chances. We are having quite the turn out.
To: achilles2000
I was in TX over the weekend and caught a glimpse of an ad claiming that Cruz deliberately had juveniles sent to prison or something. The ad featured the mother of a young man who committed suicide. What was that about?

I just voted, here in Harris county North in Spring. It was a 15 people in front of me to vote Rep. There were ZERO in line for the Dems. Hope this ratio stays the same in the Nov Election.

Polls don’t close here for another two hours and 45 minutes but I think this will be over early and Cruz will win big!

I have been working for the last week on the get out the vote initiative. We were very pleased with the turnout. Especially since so many expressed being burned out on all the elections we have had here recently. Hopefully by November they will be renewed and we will have as much success then in encouraging everyone to vote.
