This is such garbage. Romney is NOT my top choice or even among my top 50 choices for this job. However, they media should be held to a standard of "you can't just make it up". Romney's work on SLC was among the least controversial things any politician has done, and he did those Olympics well. If they want to slam Romney for supporting big government, I'll join in, but the media would have a moral obligation to report honestly (if they had any morals at all). This is part of the ongoing whisper campaign to throw mud and see what sticks. Journalists disgust me. Liberals disgust me too, but I'm repeating myself.

i’ve been to the Olympics on four different occasions; ‘84/LA, ‘88/Calgary, ‘96/Atlanta, ‘02/SLC....Romney is on the money with this statement....Atlanta was literally a disaster as far as the commercialism, buses to the venues, etc....SLC was one of the nicest Olympic experiences i ever had...
