No fudge involved. It’s just not much of a point you made. We love Britain; Britain was admirable, and you do not need to go to extremes to try to save face, as no face was ever lost.
To restate your position, you claim Canada gave Britain more stuff (unencumbered by actual help from their forces) than the USA; and you then call it fudging when I say that the USA gave Britain MEN and BLOOD and INTELLIGENCE and at the same time vastly more MATERIAL and ARMS that dwarfs the Canadian contribution, but you say, since our men used the stuff for you on your behalf, that it does not count as contributing more than Canada.
I think you are “fudging” in order to make a distorted obscure point, that does not even need to be made, because we all recognize all the courage and contributions to the world and to the USA of Britain.
All the fighting we did with all the materials and arms we brought COUNTS — don’t say it does not count as a contribution!

I initially misread as you saying Canada didnt provide forces!. No, the Canadian supplies I alluded to were ones we used. Not the stuff they used whilst in the UK 1939-45.
Well, I am 1/8 Scot (and a lot of the rest Irish and English, sorry) and you and Britain are awesome no matter what the breakdown on this stuff. (Canada is awesome too.) Because our nation was founded on Biblical, Christian values as its basis, the Satanic left-wing, demoRATs, atheists, RINOs, New World Order proponents have a concerted desire to destroy America and to wipe out any reference to our Christian heritage. Our nation is bankrupt -- morally, spiritually, financially, economically, politically, and I don't see any indications that it is turning around. Eventually the whole system is bound to collapse. The Bible also points out in the last days, there will be wars & rumors or wars, pestilences, famines, earthquakes, etc.
Just once, in my lifetime, I would love to see a rock solid, conservative, principled patriot, as President, who actually is a staunch, conservative proponent of America as a nation, and will work to destroy & eliminate socialism and to restore America as our founding fathers had set up. Sadly I don't see this ever happening any longer. Our nation was unique in the history of the world, as the only nation to declare its reliance on God, and our inalienable rights bestowed by Him, to include life, liberty & the pursuit of happiness. This brief, approx 240 year experiment is fast coming to a close. I believe the Rapture is imminent, thank God!
