Three masked men allegedly broke into a 33-year-old lesbian woman’s home, bound her arms and carved anti-gay slurs into her arms and abdomen.
A vigil was held in support of the woman who was allegedly attacked for her sexual orientation.
A 33-year-old Nebraska woman said three masked intruders tied her up, carved homophobic slurs into her skin and then set her house on fire in a shocking case that police are reportedly classifying as a hate crime.
A spokeswoman for the Lincoln Police Department told CNN on Monday investigators found a derogatory slur used against lesbians spray painted inside her home following the attack early Sunday morning.
The woman, an open homosexual who was not identified in local reports, made her way to a neighbor’s home after her assailants left. She called police around 4 a.m. “I was in shock,” neighbor Linda Rappl told CNN. “She was naked, her hands were tied with zip ties. All I could see was a cut across her forehead and blood running down.”
The woman told police three men wearing ski masks broke into her home and bound her hands, the Omaha World-Herald reported. The men also reportedly used a knife to cut the gay slurs into her skin and then doused her home with gasoline to start the blaze.

Lesbians are extremely brutal to each other. One of my female students came to my office to explain why she was dropping out, and I noticed that her face was swollen and bruised. Without saying anything I assumed her boyfriend had done this to her, but as she went on I learned that it was her lesbian lover that had pummeled the hell out of her.
Did the cops interview neighbors to see if they saw or heard anything? I read her inside basement wall was spray-painted. Why go down to the basement? Why not the living room? Why did she go to a neighbor’s and not call the cops herself? Did these guys say anything to her? Did they arrive by car or on foot? How did they know she lived there? Did she live alone? Was she in bed sleeping at the time? Was anything taken? Was it forced entry? Was she naked at the time they broke in or did they remove her clothes and, if so, where were they found?
I would love to see the police report on this.

Reminds me of that young woman who said a black woman threw battery acid in her face. This whole thing reeks of staging for public sympathy.
No surprise: I cannot imagine any law enforcement officer who would not be detecting a hint of hoax by now, if not at the very get go.

I would be surprised if law enforcement hadn’t asked every single one of these questions. Also, can anyone actually envision a gay hater sitting there carving “Dyke” and other slurs into her skin? Sounds like a movie, and a very bad one...

Because if she had lit the fire on her living room floor, it would have spread quickly to the rest of the house. On a concrete basement floor, it wouldn’t.
I read the fire was in the kitchen. The spray-painted “slurs” were on the basement wall.

What’s with these ignorant lesbos carving them selves trying for evermore attention? Guys have better things to do with their time than bother with some pervert. You just know this will eventually be exposed as a self-mutilation. But then, it will be a pity party for the lesbo because society does not accept her as normal. I hope law enforcement is swift in calling this out, and that she pays to the full extent of the law for her (or their) actions, and that all who attended said vigil are infuriated and embarrassed.
I normally wouldn’t judge this quickly, but this story was full of holes from the get go.
