President and Mrs. Bush had a good time in China in 2008. I am not sure why the President is not attending the Olypics. He should. It is patriotic to do so which I guess is why he is not.
He can’t go to the UK where he is persona-non-grata because of his insults towards them.
I’d postulate that Baraq has a grudge that the Olympic committee turned down his Chicago bid for the 2016 games.
