Can anyone tell me what the BR part of Brony stands for?
I realized the ony part is pony, but have no idea on the br part, as in why is it bronycon, instead of ponycon..
Following tradition, his table was left unoccupied, his coffee cup turned upside down, one rose was left and also a slice of lemon (because we are bitter that he is no longer with us). It was mentioned whenever people called him cute a a la the whole My Little Pony thing he would emphasize, NOT CUTE!!! Someone drew the following cartoon.
Godspeed to the late Sgt. Henry "Waarhorse" Bestwick. I salute you
The patch exhibits a veritable “Rainbow” of color.
The most disturbing part of this article is that John DeLancie is voicing a MLP character.
Worse, next thing you know, they'll start wearing the French flag.
Good Lord, isn’t this grounds for a dishonorable discharge? What is our military coming to?
I’ve been reading Reddit a long time and I think “my little pony” refers to a pedophile’s penis. It’s how they entice young children to follow them.
It took me a long time to figure it out, but after reading hundreds of threads where ‘my little pony’ is referred to over there, it’s definitely a homosexual reference that they fear explicitly talking about online.
Only gays seem to chime in on those threads, and it’s something that excites and delights them and has to do with children. Now when I see it mentioned on threads over there, I run the other way as fast as I can. Disgusting stuff.
I have to emphasize again that this is only my interpretation since they won’t come out and say what it actually is, only beat around the bush a whole lot in such a way that it leaves little doubt. imho
It's pathetic seeing what the military has turned in to.
All authorized and official military patches on a soldiers uniform are to reflect some element of that soldiers service, not their personal interests, opinions, habits or associations.
Many soldiers in the 1940s and 1950s liked Eisenhower. Regardless, sewing a “I Like Ike” patch on a uniform in 1952 would not have been approved or accepted.

The military comes unhinged if my mustache is one hair outside military grooming standards yet these twink’s can wear this FAG patch on their uniform in the open and zero will be said. The lanyard around his neck is not authorized for wear in uniform either.
The military used to be a place where we made men out of boys. Its just some big social experiment now. A failed one at that.
I think that “off the wall” kind of peaks at Sp4. A Specialist 4 is the non-command equivalent of a Corporal. They are no longer wet nosed privates, and it’s their last chance to party until they either leave or become E5 “buck sergeants”, which is a totally different personality type.
Sp4s tend to do things like wear earrings, go to rock concerts, and have campy decor. You can still tell they are soldiers, however, because every dang one of them keeps a weapon in their bedside table.
So yeah, My Little Pony and brass knuckles. Hopefully they will grow out of it.
I thought soldiers were supposed to be tough.
Me - 44, straight male, Freeper since 1998. I started watching My Little Pony last march to see what all the fuss was about and quickly got sucked in. The current 4th generation of the show, "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" is actually an amazingly good show with great writing and animation and thus the huge fanbase. If you haven't seen it you know nothing about it. It is not the awful '80s version. As for the whole "gay" thing this Brony Study found that less than 2% of respondents considered themselves homosexual.
