I just use “there” for all three. Easy to spell, no apostrophes, usually anyone but a complete dolt can figure out what I’m saying. You?

Luckily, down here in the South they all sound exactly the same. Its kinda like “thy air”. Just say it slow , even stretch it out a bit. Try it - its easy.
