A lone gunman burst into a movie theater in Aurora, Colo., at a midnight showing of the latest Batman film, "The Dark Knight Rises," and opened fire, killing at least 12 people and injuring at least 50, police said.
James Holmes, 24, of North Aurora, was apprehended at the scene clad in a bullet-proof vest and riot helmet.
Witnesses said Holmes crashed into the movie theater from an emergency exit door at the front of the auditorium, setting off a smoke bomb and then shooting off dozens of rounds from multiple firearms, police told ABC News.

I know that. Someone suggested he was Iranian or a foreigner. I just said the name “James Holmes” doesn’t sound foreign. My speculation is he is American military. We’ll see.

Costumes. Let’s see, the premise of the movie is that some nut job wearing some kind of mask over his nose and mouth wants to terrorize Gotham and take over the town. Sounds like this guys was acting out the part of the bad guy (you know, Romney) in the movie. Just a thought. But adverising for folks to come in costume gave this clown the cover he needed to do the job. Of course he epitomizes the domestic terrorist watch list/lone wolf bad guy. And of course nobody in the theater was carrying right? Do they have a no firearms policy at this complex?

A 24-year-old suspect was arrested in the parking lot of theater, police said. They have not officially identified the gunman.
He was found with four weapons in his possession NBC said. They were a rifle and a shotgun and two handguns, police said. The rifle was reportedly a semi-automatic ‘AK type.’
The suspect alluded to bombs at his house. Police are at that apartment at Paris Street and 17th Avenue in North Aurora and have evacuated the building and the nearby area.

MadIsh32, you’re right if you’re trying to say that the blame game is inevitable.
But you’re wrong in your implication that FR is hypocritical. FR stands for traditional American patriotism. The greatest threats to these principles are islamicism and cultural marxism. Both of these threats are the result of large numbers of people turning away from the one true God.

Normally by now in this kind of incident we have the perp’s facebook page and all sorts of background info on him- so far all we know is his mom isn’t shocked and he got a traffic ticket in 2001. Odd.

In a few hours it will be July 20. I take note of this because I have noticed that the date of July 20 is a date in which some very unusual events have taken place.

The reports of him “breaking” in the fire door perplex me. Fire doors open out from the theatre. Some one on another thread thought that some one had opened the fire door for him. I know rumors are flying but just things that make you go hmmm.
