Thanks will read later. But it never dawned on me: why would a 17 year old high school girl in 1961 need a passport? It's not like today, where it's common for teens to travel abroad at that age. In the early 1960s, travel abroad was rare for anyone.

They used to live in Northwest Washington State. Although a passport wasn't necessary for travel into Canada at that time, perhaps as a result of Stanly Dunham being ex-military, they just got one as a matter of course. (or habit.)

Federal law enforcement needs to go after HDOH for immigration fraud. It would bring down the whole house of cards on Obama, Abercrombie, Lingle, Pelosi, Schatz, and the lawyers working for Obama (Bob Bauer).

I don’t feel anything will happen before November unless it deals with public opinion.

The next admin needs to send federal prosecutors after HDOH for violation of federal immigration laws. This would open up auditing of their records and a full scale investigation into the depth of this type of activity.

In the process Obama will be exposed and then can be pursued if warranted.

Lot of stuff that has been discussed for months and even years here on the FR.

The coding of the #9 in pencil was the big new thing that came out today. The coding meant those boxes were supposed to be blank where it listed his race as “African”. Someone posted screen shots a few posts back. I forget what the other box had typed in it (that was also supposed to be blank.).

That wasn't new either. That had been discussed here on Free Republic several months ago. I believe a website called "The Daily Pen" was the first to point out the significance of those pencil marks, and what they meant.

I was very disappointed in the press conference. They did not have any new "Shocking" information, and they didn't really make the case in such a way that would force the media to look at it. My initial suspicions about them having nothing of consequence were validated.

Remember that a individual was not an adult until 21 at that point in time. They were still a minor. I may be wrong, but it has been stated on this forum in the past that the laws about conferring citizenship at the time stated that a person must live in the US for a period of time after their 15th birthday, in order to confer citizenship. That way a minor could not be used to give birth to a non-citizen, and then claim citizenship for the child.

You are confusing the voting and drinking age for the age of consent. Today, in most states, the age of consent (to sexual intercourse) is 16. Very likely, the age of consent in 1960 Hawaii was 18. If you are referring to a girl's ability to pass on citizenship if the child is born in a foreign country, then that is a different issue from legal "adult" status.

It's a forgey case in AZ. Sheriff Joe has no jurisduiction outside of Maricopa County. Handle it in AZ. In fact, the demonstrated forgery need not even go to trial. The AZ SoS just needs to take Obama off the ballot. Let Obama take it to trial to get himself reinstated on the ballot.

Look at how "they" went after the Palins, the way they dug into everything, etc. The right kind of knowledge truly is power.

Imagine what is known and protected about someone like McCain. That knowledge would be like ownership and sometimes he sure acts like someone's asset.
