It still should be enough to get a judge's attention for a subpoena or to get a Special Prosecutor appointed at some time in the future.
At any rate, this thing is going to play out in the court of public opinion in the short term and the people are going to to be the judge in November.
Add in Fast and Furious, and the Taxpayer Guaranteed green loans to Obama cronies and donors using stimulus money that were defaulted on for billions of dollars of losses and the slow drip of revelations on all of the bad stuff phasing in on Obama Care and we will have an interesting ride for the next few months.

The search for truth is NEVER for naught. I don’t care if the history books 30 yrs from now finally reveal all the voluminous research that uncovers the stone cold, vile truth of this scam and repulsive monster. THE TRUTH MATTERS! And it always comes out .. eventually.
We are conservatives, we fight for and defend freedom and truth. Our Founding Fathers gave all to give us this blessed nation. Millions of selfless, courageous military have laid down their lives, suffered mutilations and torture for this great country and our sacred Constitution. Their families have been torn apart with heartbreak, loss and suffering. Tell them the integrity of the highest office in the land and upholding the sovereignty of the Constitution is meaningless. That’s spitting on the graves of those gave their last ounce.
And who knows what confirmation of HI’s decades of intentional, despicably fraudulent and corrupt legal documentation and official record keeping and the maze of fallout from that will produce? And the scams, payoffs, crimes involved?
Tyrants may come and go. We are either a nation of laws and we fight for it, or we’re going to be spineless, go along to get along, and be on bended knee to this wicked despot or another.

A couple of weeks ago I had a bit of epiphany about our cause, and it came true at the presser today.
I discovered that we have been guilty of overbuilding our case. All that needed to be said that what Obama got from the HIDOH was NOT what he presented to the public as a certified copy of his B.C.
All of the forensic evidence, impressive as it is, pales in comparison to that simple fact. He received "X." He akered "X." He handed out "Y." Zullo's lengthy investigation and presentation came to the same conclusion and offered proof. So, we're back to square one.
The next level is for AZ to act on the Info. The AZ authorities can now take two steps:
(1.) Wich requires no further legal action, is to remove Obama from the ballot.
(2.) Which does require legal action is to present the case to a Grand Jury in Arizona and charge The Democrat National Committee with fraud in presenting Obama as qualified for office.
Will the state act? Will one Republican stand up in Congress and acknowledge the existence of the issue?
There is now no other issue ... no worries about place of birth, constitutionality, etc. The man presented the public a forged document. The rest will fall into place after he faces the consequences of that act.
Amazing. Only idiots, willfully ignorant, or total creeps believe Obama’s birth story at this point.
Thanks, I did watch it...carefully. It’s ‘shocking’ to everyone except the members of FreeRepublic. There’s gunna be h*ll to pay if the rest of the country/world ever catches up with us.
At least now it is getting the coverage it deserves along with confirmation from one of those actually doing the coding. It should be enough to raise some doubt in more people’s minds.
What I hope is next is that tomorrow the "Conservative Talk Show Hosts" will find it in their craven gold-bar-salesmen hearts to perhaps mention this?
You know they don't have to endorse any "Birther" stuff. They don't have to examine the Natural Born Citizen issue. All they need to do is point out that what the President offered as a genuine copy of a Birth Certificate ... isn't. It isn't a Birth Certificate. It isn't what the Hawaiian DOH gave him. What it is is like, well you know, kind of a a a a forgery?
Let me tell you what my radio crystal ball says: They will all say. "He's eligible because he was born in Hawaii." The word "forgery" will never cross their lips. Sheriff Joe, prepare to be dissed.
I wonder how Trump and Sununu are going to handle it.
