I am going ask the question that Mark Levin asked last week, who would be the candidate to replace Romney at the convention.

It's a coward's question, and Mark Levin was a coward for asking it. If he had an ounce of courage, he would instead consult his knowledge of possible alternative candidates and suggest that one of them stand for the nomination.

Instead, he's done what every other terrified conservative is doing now - abandoning all principles, and taking the fear-based route, which only leads to a further shift left by the Republican party, and the maintenance of Obama's radical liberal agenda.

He seeks some form of safety and security. In the end, he'll get neither, as those who he's hoping and praying will not betray him, are already planning that very thing.

These armchair patriots, sitting in their ivory towers, make me sick. They have no ability (or courage) to connect word with deed. They're unworthy to even speak the Founders' names, in my opinion.

These men and women who exhort us to roll over for the establishment, need to take a long hard look in the mirror and see what's looking back at them. We are at a make-break point in our history, yet they suggest we support the perfumed ruling class' choice for president. Scoundrels. Cowards. Deceivers. Weak-kneed, pablum spouting losers. Thomas Paine would spit in their faces if he heard them.

Wow. Windflier, even a year ago I'd have said that such sentiment below was over the top.

But indeed, I find myself in agreement with you 100 percent and it is gratifying to read your words, words that I admit I don't quite have the courage to muster on my own. I share your contempt for these so-called "leaders," and I expect that you are as sad as I am about it. Well said, FRiend -- sad, tragic, heartbreaking, and WELL SAID:

I believe he would. Rush and Levin are so much less than I thought they were. I stopped listening several months ago -- have been tuning in instead (during the few times of the day I can listen) to a wonderful religious station, nearly all of whose programs are very inspiring -- and I live for when circumstances allow my listening to J. Vernon McGee!

Truly, it helps put all this sadness and disappointment into perspective.
