Obama's 'missing year' at Columbia found?

Did he attend classes at Columbia?

Henry Franklin Graff, professor emeritus of history at Columbia for 46 years, has cast doubt on claims Obama attended classes at the New York City university.

“I have no recollection of Barack Obama at Columbia, and I am sure he never attended any of my classes,” Graff told WND in a telephone interview.

“For 46 years, I taught political history, diplomatic history and one of the pioneering courses on presidential history, and every future politician of note who went through Columbia in those years took one or more of my classes – every one, that is, except Barack Obama.”

Graff further told WND no professor he knew could remember having Obama as a student at Columbia.

“Nobody I knew at Columbia ever remembers Obama being there,” Graff insisted.

I think what we have here is a number of generations of JESSUP. The Jessup instrumental in the establishment of The American University of Beirut, must have been an ancestor of this man, who was the stepfather of Genevieve Cook, who attended The Banks Street school at the same time as William Ayres, and has been named as ‘Obama’s First Girlfriend’ - (It’s a small UNITED NATIONS/AMERICAN UNIVERSITY OF BEIRUT WORLD)

Fred, Interesting document!! Under ethnic code the entry is “equatorial guinea” and the birth date is august 8th (format is month then day) 1961. Hmmmm, why is birth date not august 4th???

Just to get Fred's point in plain English, someone who got their entry data in with a birth date originating in West Africa is likely to have had the date in the Continental format with the day/month order--so this birth date looks like January 8, 1961.

That looks a little late to me for a couple of reasons so I am not sure what it reflects.

His mother, Anna, was in Seattle at the Toutonghi boarding house, early enough to get her name in a Polk 1961 directory. That happened after this guy was born; got to Hawaii; his mother was photographed not visibly pregnant with Obama Sr. in the Nachmanoff living room, presumably in the summer of 1960; and was abandoned as several published sources affirm (See Rick Anderson's article in the Seattle Weekly) with his father Obama Senior.

So I am a little skeptical about whether the January 61 birthdate is correct. If you look at the two young boys picture, this guy is the older darker boy; zero is the younger smaller.

How much older is the darker boy? Maybe only 8 months; maybe as much as a year and half; you don't know.

At one point, as I recall sometime in the 90's; the older darker boy entered the name he now uses as a member of one of zero's classes at Punhoe on Classmates.com.

Equatorial Guinea is a small country, well south of Nigeria on the West Coast of Africa. It has one of the largest crude oil reserve deposits in the world and it operates more or less as a subsidiary of Exxon Mobile. It's foreign embassy/consular service is based in Acara Ghana where this guy offices. This guy is a talented effective person at what he does--he has been head of their World Bank delegation once; capable individual. From time to time, you are tempted to wonder what he thinks of the current situation.

I thought that it was settled, that Obama did not attend Columbia University, he attended Columbia College, a division of the university that is run like an alternative school, where the student rights his own curriculum.

I figured that Obama’s curriculum included credits for time spent at a Madrassa in Pakistan.

The Dean Acheson/Philip Jessup/Alger Hiss triad ties in nicely with the Obama Story. But I have to wonder when Cooke was cooked up. Did she really live with or know Obama back then or was that a story put together after 2008.

It kind of blows my mind that the largest Moot Court Competition is named after Philip Jessup.

I can’t get the quote from that poster out of my mind..the one that wrote who really won the Cold War if a Commie is now our President. Of course, Putin is now out saying the West is in Decline.

The date the enquiry was lodged has nothing to do with the date that the search brought up A BIRTHDATE.

Can’t you follow that? The Search reveals THE INPUT. A person coming from a country using that dating format would have a passport showing their birthdate IN THE FORMAT OF THEIR COUNTRY.

Alternatively, if the Search brought up a birthdate that was ENTERED FROM A US SOURCE then yes, the date is August 1, 1961. But you cannot tell WHO THAT DATE RELATES TO.

So I ask the same question again. What was it that melded the result on this Search? Was it the NAME OR THE DATE?

You cannot know the answer. IT’S ONE OR THE OTHER OR BOTH.

Something just caught my eye. Penrose was involved with the OSS prior to becoming President of that University.

Howard P. Jones was an Ambassador to Indonesia in the years leading up to the overthrow of Sukarno - as the Embassy and the CIA were compiling the kill lists ..and from there (as the overthrow is about to take place) became the head of East-West - a CIA training ground for Operation Phoenix and a similar program in Indonesia.

So...perhaps......but..perhaps...just a coincidence

Like for example....one of the Nordyke twins wrote something for East West in conjunction with the person who had once been responsible for the birth certificates at the time Obama was born.

That one probably is a coincidence..an odd one, though.

Eleanor Nordyke wrote a number of books on the subject of the population of Hawaii, they are listed under her name at the East-West Centre. One book was co-written by either Lee, connected to the Local Registrar or Sinclair, the doctor...I can’t recall better than that for the time being. I never saw it as very significant, it’s Hawaii, it’s one big stew-pot.

Penrose was a Special Assistant to the FIRST Secretary of Defense James Forrestal. There is a wild story there in 1948..and then Forrestal fell out a small window in 1949 from the 16th floor of Bethesda.

Penrose was no little OSS agent. He was a big dog.

Did he just retire ..or did he continue on...
