Chick-fil-A gave $2 million to seven anti-gay groups in 2010, the most recent year for which figures are available, according to Equality Matters' analysis of its charitable giving.

They are also the only chain restaurant I know of that is closed on Sundays.
“IOW: Chick-fil-A supports only groups that follow the teachings in the Bible.”
In theory, any group that isn’t pro-gay is anti-gay.
Here is what’s listed on Wikipedia, I don’t see a reference to Bloomberg.

The pro-gay movement is actually anti-Christ.
It is the vehicle through which the prince of this world seeks to criminalize Christian beliefs.
[ The company is privately held. ]
Which means they could even throw their money down a big hole they dug in the desert and it is completely no one else’s business what they do with it. (not to say that chik-fil-a is doing that as they are definately not doing so) but even if they were overtly literally burning money to heat their chicken it would still be no one else’s business that they were doing so.
I hate how the meddling left tells others what to do. Yet condems others who support a majority opinion on matters of social concern.
First, why is this article in “Business Insider”? It seems like a Huffpo type article....
Regardless, if you look at that list, they all have one thing in common. They are all Christian Organizations. is Jim Edwards anti-Christian? Is Business Insider anti-Christian? It must be. Maybe Jim and the Business Insiders would like Christianity to be abolished? It seems so.
We MUST start fighting back. The liberals are less that 30% of the population (btw- all studies agree that our population is less than 4% homosexual).
How about a story on what charities Progressive Insurance donates to? Or how about Salesforce.com? Who are the major contributors to The Tides Foundation and what groups receive the greatest funding from Tides? What charities does Business Insider contribute to?
A favorite food joint for liberals and blacks, ironically... I am not a food afficionado like them.
I always find it intriguing how liberals always attack the very foundations upon which their favorite hang outs and indulgences are performed.
Excellent post! If only ALL conservatives would follow your sage advice...
In the past few years they started appearing here in the Chicago suburbs, so they’ll no doubt be making their way to Michigan in the next few years.
In Newnan, GA the Dwarf Houseaka Chick Fil A, has fried peach and sweet potato pies as well as sit down service with sweet Southern waitresses. Their breakfast is so good too- I am the Goldilocks of breakfast in my family and searched high and low for someplace, someone to cook my eggs, hashbrowns and grits juuuusst right. We found it here!
I always find it intriguing how liberals always attack the very foundations upon which their favorite hang outs are based, and where liberals’ indulgences are always performed.
So they hate raising children and the idea of family, but they are pedophiles and want the security of family and gay marriages etc...
Ditto.
Every time I see a Progressive Insurance TV ad, I can’t change the channel quick enough. Annoying and the company Chairman is a far-left liberal.

And my favorite thing about going there: the employees are trained to say, “my pleasure”, when a customer ask for something or says thank you. Not “no problem” (my absolute pet peeve: there should be no question that when a customer asks for ANYTHING reasonable that it’s no problem), but “my pleasure”. Courtesy goes a long way in life and Chik-Fil-A is teaching its young people valuable lessons.
I don’t drink my calories, and I avoid artificial sweeteners.
However, if they sold beer, that would be different. But I’m in a dry county.
grilled chicken sandwich w/pickle.
” voy al almuerzo, me gustaria un bocadillo de pollo y una limonada. o me gustaria los papas fritas o un batido de leche”
I remember when JC Penney's closed on Sunday and look at them now. Hope Truett has his policies set in stone.
