There were also rumors that Ginsburg would be writing the dissent - which was true until Roberts apparently changed his vote. Do you (or anybody else reading this) know anything about when and how that leak came out?

Roberts gave the liberals a way for the liberals to control every thing we do. Just call any mandate a tax. So he made us all slaves. The liberals didn’t even write it as a tax. Roberts created this. It is an unconstitutional act which this monster did. Not to mention it installed socialism into the U.S. and ended freedom.
I believe George Soros threatened another run on the bank like his communist-Islamist alliance did in Sept of 2008. I believe Roberts - along with GW Bush, Dick Cheney, John McCain, Judge Surick, and Roger Ailes - had already been threatened with that threat if they didn’t follow orders from Soros, back when the eligibility issue was being pressed by Phil Berg, right around the time that the 2 people who were planning on bringing up Obama’s eligibility problem at the 2008 Dem Convention were assassinated (thus silencing both Bill and Hillary). The orders at that time were to let the eligibility issue pass.
We know that threats were made to Ailes and other media heads if they reported on the eligibility issue, but though the heads told the on-air personalities that the threat was FCC and FTC annihilation after the election, that cannot have been the real threat because the media heads could simply report the crime to Bush’s justice dept and Obama could have been prevented from being elected. The real threat had to have been something much bigger - and not dependent on politics at all. Something like the run on the bank.
And we know from BEttina Viviano that George Soros went to both Hillary and Obama during the 2008 primary and asked if they were on-board with his plan to destroy the US economy. Hillary wasn’t but Obama was. So Soros had a plan to destroy the US economy. There is also evidence from intelligence sources about a year before the run on the bank, IIRC, that Muslim sources in the Middle East were saying there was going to be an economic attack on the US economy. It was in the works. And of course, economic sabotage is what George Soros has been doing his whole life long. Reports here at FR were that the run on the bank originated out of Indonesia.
There’s way too much information that I could give, but one of the things that made me wonder if Roberts had been threatened was his ex parte invitation to Obama to visit SCOTUS. Though the meeting was to be in January shortly before the inauguration, the invitation itself was announced publicly by John Roberts’ office.... on the very same day that SCOTUS conferred over whether to hear Donofrio’s eligibility lawsuit. This is equivalent to the OJ Simpson judge ON THE SAME DAY AS THE COURT WAS DECIDING WHETHER TO HEAR THE CASE inviting OJ out for a beer in a couple months. Big-time ethics violation. Other judges had similar big-time ethics violations, like they were screaming for people to realize there was something wrong - that they had to give the ruling they gave but they wanted it to stink in the eyes of the public.
The fact that Roberts botched the oath in public and only administered the oath where there WAS NO VIDEO TO PROVE THAT THE THING HAD EVER BEEN DONE LEGALLY raised my suspicions further. Sort of like Dick Cheney refusing to ask for objections during the electoral vote count, which renders the whole thing unlawful. Both guys upheld the APPEARANCE of legality as Soros required them to do, and that was good enough for Soros since nobody was ever going to be allowed to sue the government over the fact that NEITHER THE CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTORAL VOTE NOR THE OATH OF OFFICE WERE EVER DONE ACCORDING TO THE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS. Obama is not legally the President of the United States. He was never even lawfully the President elect. And Joe Biden was never lawfully the Vice President elect. Cheney saw to that. He and GW both knew Obama was not eligible; Corsi has said the Kenyan government told GW that Obama’s birth record had been destroyed.
Anyway, I gotta run. There is a lot that could be said. We’ve all been wondering why the people we always thought loved this country have instead been stiffing the Constitution, the rule of law, and us. I think it’s because Soros has a gun to the head of Lady Liberty and is threatening to shoot if these faithful men don’t obey orders. Not all of them need to know what the threat is, but the leaders need to know, and that included Bush, Cheney, Boehner, McCain (but I don’t believe Palin knew), Roberts (but probably not Kennedy...), Ailes and any other media head who would consider reporting ineligibility, and the eligibility judges as they each came up (if they weren’t able to be threatened with something lesser). I also have questions about whether Colin Powell was also threatened, in order to give his endorsement of Obama shortly before the election.

I believe they may have been holding the US economy hostage, with Soros threatening another communist-Islamist run on the bank like the one in Sept of 2008, right when Palin’s entry into the race had put McCain in the lead in the polls.
Roberts has given clues all along, since early December 2008, that he is compromised.
His ex-parte invitation to Obama to visit SCOTUS - announced to the world the same day as SCOTUS decided whether to hear Donofrio’s eligibility lawsuit.
His botching the oath of office and then giving it later where there was no proof that it was legally done (no videotape).
And his recent (December 2011) summary of 2011 in which he said that the SCOTUS justices could be trusted to know when to properly recuse themselves - even though 2 had refused to recuse themselves after specifically being asked to because the case involved their VERY POSITIONS ON SCOTUS, and a pending case (Obamacare) involved Kagan who Roberts probably knew was not going to recuse herself even though she had been in charge of formulating the government’s arguments FOR Obamacare. So Roberts was affirming the ethics of justices who exhibited the most BLATANT ETHICS VIOLATIONS possible - hearing a case where their own jobs were at issue, and hearing a case they had previously been a party to.
For those reasons I had suspected for some time that Roberts was compromised, and I feared that he would rule this way after having been threatened by Soros. I just posted a comment in this thread, giving some of the reasons why I think this is the threat that has been held over the heads of a LOT of otherwise decent, America-loving people who are now totally screwing everything up.

It’s not just Soros. If Soros dies his son takes over and does the same thing as Soros would have done. Soros has allied himself with both the communists and Islamists now. You can’t just take out one person and have the alliance disappear. It’s through the alliance that they have enough money to be able to push a teetering economy over the cliff. But the money is spread out in enough places that you can’t just get rid of the visible people and be rid of the cancerous danger. This is a boa that’s been wrapping around our necks for some time, and now everything is ready for the squeeze.
Ultimately we just have to have this coming economic collapse and rise from the ashes.
But the Obama people are counting on it being very, very bloody, and I fear that they have positioned the Hezbollah operatives (that were flown in direct unchecked flights from Iran to Venezuela and made it up through the border being deliberately kept open by Holder) in every state capital so that whatever disaster Soros uses to trigger the final coup will be followed by armed Hezbollah attacks that put the country in chaos - from which the communist-Islamist alliance arises and takes over.
To be truthful, it may end up coming down to whether the Hezbollah operatives have the biological and chemical WMD’s that were in Iraq, passed on to Syria, and were almost certainly in Iran at the time the direct flights took place. America is armed, but there’s not a lot of self-defense against botulinum, etc.
The truth of the matter is that the communist-Islamist coup of 2008 was enough to seize power of all the infrastructure that was supposed to protect us. That infrastructure has been used, instead, to surround us by enemies armed beyond what mere 2nd Amendment can eliminate. While we’ve been fighting the political battles, Hezbollah has been surrounding us, with a nod and wink from Eric Holder.
We are in deep, deep doo-doo and at this point only divine intervention can save this country. If people were made aware of what’s going on they could keep an eye out, knowing that our protection is ENTIRELY in our own hands and we will be working AGAINST the US government if we try to save the country. If the biological weapons are not located all over the country guns may be able to overpower the final coup in some places.
I hope I’m wrong. I hope the biological weapons were still in Syria and were not sent with the Hezbollah flights. I’m going to keep fighting the legal/political battle because I might be wrong. Or who knows how the Lord could intervene to foil the evil plans of this 2-beast regime. The outcomes aren’t mine to decide, but the battle is mine to fight as long as there is opportunity to fight. So that’s what I’ll do.
But I do want everybody to be prepared, and to realize that if the final communist-Islamist coup takes place in order to keep the election from happening, Christians need to be prepared to die for their Lord, or what follows will be unbearable. Obama has been planting the seeds for sharia all along. If there is a blatant violent coup in America, sharia will be instituted quickly, before the sleeping folks today will even have a chance to think about the position they’re in. Scripture is clear that after a person has accepted the mark of the beast and the Christians are slain, those who are left alive will wish they were dead. I don’t want to scare people but more than anything I want them to be prepared so they are not left here when earth literally becomes Hell.
