Roberts declaring the individual mandate a tax is the worst possible outcome for Ubama.

Finding it unconstitutional would have allowed him to blame the court and carry on as usual.

Finding it constitutional would have vindicated him.

Finding it a tax removes the possibility of blaming the court, and places the credit for the biggest tax increase in the history of the world squarely upon his shoulders.

Ubama is screwed, and we will have a solidly GOP Congress to undo everything he did.

It was found Constitutional. The details are irrelevant. The President can go ob saying it’s not a tax. Doesn’t matter at all. Romneycare has been preserved.
