No this was a mandate, the government forcing us to buy something. That is unconstitutional so Roberts rewrites the law to make it a tax so he can vote for it. that is impeachable because these justices can't rewrite laws all they can say is yes or no. This is the end of freedom not about just a tax( which is bad enough anyway).
