With todays ruling the Supreme Court just said anything goes.
Why worry about re-electing Obma becauise of his judicial appointments. What we have is about as bad as it gets.

What happens if Obama loses this November and refuses to leave office in January?
Regardless of the 22nd Amendment, all he has to do is brand his 3rd term as a “tax” and extort enough members of congress for a simple majority, after bypassing the senate filibuster via reconcilliation.
You are correct. Republicans do not care for their constituents or anyone else. They are so compromised they no longer have a moral center. They will accept any behavior on any terms. If they cared for their country they would take any action necessary to avoid bloodshed that is sure to come in this country.
Expect to be harassed at the poles by the Black panthers and know that voter fraud will be widely covered up or straight up accepted openly. If we cannot stop now and understand that actions and lack thereof have consequences. There is no hope for us at all.
On another note - if IF Obmaa decides he 'must' be President for Life - in spite of losing the election, Rush needs to totally bug out. He'll top the dem 'hit' list - the real kind - an actual hit list. If Obama takes over there's no reason to think they won't kill Rush and other top Republicans.
Rush should set up a place - now - outside the country where he can produce and distribute his show if necessary - some island... With a station difficult to jam... or shortwave... and tell us the frequency before the election... just a thought.

Then the US Army or US Marines marches into the White House and forcably removes that jug eared usurper.
That might not be a good idea. Obama now already has the "legal" power to assassinate any American outside the country that the president deems to be a "terrorist". No trial. No review.

Whether or not he is an American citizen at this point is pretty irrelevant. He was raised as a Muslim Kenyan/ Indonesian and doesn’t think like an American.

Obama could EASILY do this: “I have decided the people want me to run again!”
So, the federal government can now mandate commerce; they simply need to represent it is a negative tax: Buy this or else get taxed. So much for the US Constitution.
The US Supreme Court also ruled recently that all property is subject to confiscation to be sold for profit of the government with the owner getting what the government decides to give them. Combined with this ruling the property owner can now be taxed the entire amount of the proceeds and receive nothing.
We are now literal slaves to the government.
Since the federal government refuses to obey the constitution we should too! REVOLT!!!
I think there will be a Military coup
When Obamacare this went to vote in 2009, it did not do so as tax policy. Since good old Roberts says it was a tax, what makes it a valid vote?
