Someone help my memory here... isn’t the Obamacare Bill we’re discussing the bill “deemed passed” out of the Senate? IIRC, the House Bill died and the Democrats resurrected the Senate bill out of reconciliation and “deemed” it passed.
If my memory isn’t faulty... doesn’t that invalidate the law as ruled on by SCOTUS? It’s now officially a tax and all revenue bills MUST originate in the House!

I thought the same, I thought that was why the rats were screaming this was not a tax, becuase the passed bill did not originate in the house. It was the senate bill that passed. Thanks Olympia Snowe. Guess I was wrong as no analysis I’ve read has mentioned this. I guess Robert’s declaring it a tax is enough. Wow, talk about judicial activism, Roberts wins hands down.
