Impeachment by the House with a trial by the Senate.
In an interesting twist, the Constitution provides that the Chief Justice presides over the trial. Presumably any impeached CJ would recuse him/herself, but who would instead preside is an interesting question for the legal scholars.

In the event that a justice of the Supreme Court is impeached, the Vice President of the U.S. (in his role as President of the Senate) presides over the impeachment trial. This precedent was set in 1805 when SCOTUS Justice Samuel Chase was impeached and Vice President Aaron Burr presided over his trial.
