That's what I'm wondering - it's totally out of character. This is the second time this week he's sided with The Three Wise Dykes, and you can be sure
they'll always drive on the left side of the road. But when Swing Vote Kennedy bores him a new one in the dissent, something smells like a dead grouper. Someone got to him.
