"How can the court deem a mandate a tax?"

That was my first question too, and I was going to ask it on another thread, but it was pulled. Thanks for thinking of it.

I don’t think they “mandated a tax”,
they ruled that the mandate WAS a tax,

and therefore passed constitutional muster.

The 0bama admin was arguing that it wasn’t a tax only for the purpose of deflecting the “tax increase” label.

Yes, not that the Black Robbed C—ksuckers have not written law in the past......But I didn’t realize they were elected representives able to create and pass laws?

I had a feeling if they struck this POS obamacare down then then SS and Medicare would be on thin constitutional ice.
