It appears she is having difficulty thinking as she pauses between words.

She was repeating her words over and over.
She appears to be having a problem with here lips sticking to her teeth.
Watch her holding and leaning onto the podium for support.
At one point, she appears to be borderline emotional.
Even some of her words seem slurred (See 1:27)

Same as George Voinovich and Arlen Spector, Nancy Pelosi is on some mild psych meds or taking meds for some ailment that also messes with her mind. Plus she has reached the age where she feels entitled to lie and tell any untruth she pleases. It’s not as though she ever suffers any consequences so why not continue to lie?

In Pelosi’s case, it seems just as likely that she’s doing illegal drugs, as opposed to medicine prescribed by a doctor.

While I think she was grappling for how to express the particular idea, I wouldn't doubt that the Demorats have decided to pursue the theme that the Republicans are pursuing Holder only in order to interfere with his efforts to stop "voter suppression".
If I'm right, it will be easy to tell. One need only scan the media looking for the same claim, unrelated to Pelosi's comments. "Obama lied and Terry died" is going to do great damage in November. The libs know this.
