How MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell distorts a Romney story

Remember the fun the MSM had with Republican VP Dan Quayle in a school room holding up a mis-spelled word, without mentioning that the class teacher was the one who'd written out the word incorrectly?
Or how they made Republican President George H.W. Bush look stupid at a grocery store photo op making conversation with a checkout clerk about how the scanner worked? The repetitive media meme for Republicans is 'out of touch.'
Well, this may be the best/worst one yet: Andrea Mitchell on MSNBC making fun of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney at a rally describing the purchase of a hoagie at a local store. Watch this video and see the impression you get from MSNBC's Romney film clip.
Then scroll down for what Romney really said.

Rush correctly states that this is institutional corruption on the part of NBC.
Expect NBC to win a Pulitzer however.

And as you type don’t neglect how you spell eviscorating, lest you appear stupid.

Dan Quayle in a school room holding up a mis-spelled word, without mentioning that the class teacher was the one who'd written out the word incorrectly? What is that about?
Here is a video of Dan Quayle coaching a student to add the extra "e": Dan Quayle Misspells 'potato'
That's not the teacher, that's Quayle himself.
It's not a terrible mistake, but let's not make up stories about it.

Just another example of how parochial and insulated the New York Media is. In this case, the extra "context" isn't even needed. It is amazing. In fact, the small chains on the East Coast are the only places I've seen this technology. I'll bet Andrea Mitchell a thousand dollars that she can't find this order system on her own (no internet help, etc.) in use in any sandwich place in Silicon Valley.

Turning on Rush right now...

I’m eating a Wawa hoagie right now (smoked turkey and bacon, mmmmm....). What Romney said (even in the edited crap) is exactly how you order a sandwich at Wawa.
...sounds to me that Andrea has never been to a Wawa herself.
