It's time Issa stops letting Holder prevaricate and hold his feet to the fire.
I don't believe Holder is going to comply but is only biding his time.

You are right! This is just a delaying ploy! Issa has no choice, he must look like he trying but Holder will not comply. The Rats at the meeting will come out and say Issa is being unreasonable. If they do indeed vote on Wednesday, this will give the Rats in the house cover to say Issa should give Holder more time and vote against it. I hope I’m wrong, but these guys are not that smart and if you live long enough you’ll see the same pattern many times.
