You are right! This is just a delaying ploy! Issa has no choice, he must look like he trying but Holder will not comply. The Rats at the meeting will come out and say Issa is being unreasonable. If they do indeed vote on Wednesday, this will give the Rats in the house cover to say Issa should give Holder more time and vote against it. I hope I’m wrong, but these guys are not that smart and if you live long enough you’ll see the same pattern many times.

Yes, the Rats have been giving us that song and dance about Issa being unreasonable and to give Holder more time for quite a while. Maybe that line is past the point of being believable and they'll act but am not going to believe it until I see it.

Things are definitely heating up for Holder though, the next few days should be interesting.
