Scalia said they weren’t about to read 2700 pages (and pick and choose) which would be legislating from the bench. Not their job.
I was hoping at least one Justice would say something about the way it was passed. The bill wasn’t even completed when it was passed....and of course Pelosi’s “you have to pass it to see what’s in it”..has to go down in history as one of the stupidest statements ever......
