<>She knew the day before the hearing how much was in there.<>
She wasn’t being questioned the day before the hearing.
Point out the perjury in the transcript:

Digging up George’s Grandparents will never be on the agenda.
His mom’s dad was black.
Kind of destroys the narative.
No I hadn’t. I have the .pdf now though.
Oh really!!!
"Whether Zimmerman ever actually applied to a police agency is unclear. But according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, he never applied to take the Basic Abilities Test needed to enter recruit training."

Just how many times do I have to repeat myself to have it sink in?
Three times is my limit. After that, y’all on your own.
If you’re interested in knowing where the money went, here’s a quick but incomplete summary:
Target - $456
T-Mobile - $468
Sams Club/Walmart - $939
Amer. Express - $1,700
Capital One - $2,430
Wendy Cummins - $1,900
Gladys Zimmerman - $3,500
Then there are the normal living expenses like rent, power and cable ... all food seems to be of the take-out variety.

I’m looking for a case of prosecutorial misconduct when this is over.
Watching the video of the person identified as Trayvon in the convenience store I find it hard to believe he is only 5ft. ll in. in height. He looks to me more like the original report of well over six feet.
We can only hope that three is your limit.
If youre interested in knowing where the money went, heres a quick but incomplete summary:
Well you've been a little busy sandfly. Was there anything perjurious in that list??? ....... I didn't think so.
Target - $456 T-Mobile - $468 Sams Club/Walmart - $939 Amer. Express - $1,700 Capital One - $2,430 Wendy Cummins - $1,900 Gladys Zimmerman - $3,500
They've probably been carrying those balances for months at Sams Club/Walmart/Target for groceries and household supplies. It's smart to get them paid off to eliminate the interest.
And the tuition for nursing school and the community college were probably on the American Express and Capital One.
And its good to pay off the T-Mobile, otherwise how would the prosecution be able to keep track of their whereabouts and tap their conversations.
I'll bet his mother never expected to get the money she loaned to them back. It's good that they paid her off before they started paying those lawyer fees. Once those start, they never end.
Then there are the normal living expenses like rent, power and cable
You mean the rent and utilities part of living expenses, right??? food, gas, taxes, household supplies, toiletries, drug store items are also part of living expenses, right???
all food seems to be of the take-out variety.
What??? McDonalds and Burger King??? No dinners at the three star Flaming Bistro or the acclaimed Hell's Kitchen???
We all thank you for your effort. But you've had your three strikes.
And she's a "republican". One of the many reasons I no longer am a Republican. If she and Mitt Romney can call themselves "republican", I do not want to be associated with that party in any way shape or form.
I hope when the dust settles from this case that Zimmerman is a wealthy man if he attains his wealth through contributions, more power to him. When I donated, his web site clearly stated that money would be used for his legal and personal use.
I fully expect him and his lawyers to sue the lying media for all the willful misrepresentations they made concerning him and his case and from what I’ve read, they have pretty good looking cases.
The man is being rail roaded by racists.
I agree! Zimmerman and his wife have been deprived of any way to support themselves by a rabid media bent on crucifying George for doing his part to secure his neighborhood. The Zimmermans will live in fear for the rest of their lives, regardless of the legal outcome.
And for those who are pontificating about the money being “misspent”; how would you like to be having a conversation about having to buy bulletproof vests for yourself, your wife and your child?
Oh boy another insult ... the refuge of those who lack facts.
Thanks for post # 88.
I thank you for your opinion and you consider an insult?
Whatever ...
Maybe 'Ken' will be the wealthy man.
In one of the calls George asked Shellie what the totals were in the accounts. She said around $155 . . .of course, meaning one-hundred and fifty-five thousand. George said, "I thought Ken said it was like 300k". And Shellie answered, "No, he inflated it".
If I had sent money to 'support' George I would be demanding to see Ken's financial records. Ken is the person who had access to all the paypal accounts and was able to do bank transfers.
What if Ken stole a 100k or more from George?
Mark O'Mara said that when he was made aware of the money that George had raised 204k and that they had spent or held onto about 50k, leaving 155k or so. The Zimmermans check to O'Mara was for 122k. So that means they actually spent 82k or held onto more than O'Mara knows about . . . maybe in the safety deposit box.
It really makes me wonder if either Ken stole the money from the account, or if he transferred money to another account for George and Shellie to hide. Something doesn't sound right about 'he inflated it'. Why would you inflate 'it', the balance?
I looked at the bank records released and they are only for the Zimmerman's Credit Union. Maybe we need to see a list of ALL the donors and the amounts they donated. I realize that George's fans don't think that should be public and neither does O'Mara, but I think it needs to be addressed again with the judge.
George himself was told his account had 300k in it, so at the very least there is a missing 96k. If I had donated to George I would DEMAND to see Ken's financial records AND the paypal records to VERIFY and CONFIRM that my money had not been stolen by Ken.
But George's fan club doesn't care what happens to their money, so if Ken did steal it, then they'll just send George more.
I think it was the "noob" part. Don't you???
I thought you said you were done with this matter, your three strikes being up. You didn't mean what you posted???
