Looking over one of the worst crimes scenes in the history of downtown Indianapolis, state trooper Rod Russell was sad.
Its just a few people who make it bad for everyone, Russell said.
But the few were thousands of blacks who roamed the streets of downtown in the aftermath of an Indianapolis Black Expo marred by fighting, vandalizing, assaulting and even shooting. Lots of shooting. Ten people were taken to local hospitals with bullet wounds.
Why did we find an AK-47 in the back of someones car, asked Frank Straub, director of public safety, about the 2010 rampage. No one knew, other than the fact the violence is a tradition at the annual event despite 300 police officers on the street to stop it.
YouTube is now part of the tradition as well: Much of the illegal behavior is captured on video.
Organizers for the Black Expo said their group was isolated from anything that had gone wrong.
But in comparison, there was another event recently that attracted hundreds of thousands of people to Indianapolis: the annual Indianapolis 500 at the citys Speedway.
On race day, state police issued 35 tickets 27 for underage drinking, two for fake identification and one each for littering, intoxication, false informing and possession of marijuana.
The criminal behavior in Indianapolis during Black Expo is part of a nationwide trend of hundreds of episodes of racial group violence in more than 50 cities over the last three years.
Before the [2010] Expo, a lot of people in Indianapolis were complaining about the police presence, saying it was too much and it was racist, said Jake Finnegan, an Indianapolis resident. But then we saw what happened and they shut up.

I am not interested in seeing cities burning this summer. Not even Detroit.
--stupid question and stupid statement--
Vandalizing, assaulting and even shooting.
Some people have no self control, yes in all colors.
Mindless, ignorant savages.

Indiana ping
Is this down the street from the “White Expo”?
Didn’t think so.
Jungleland!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wa, Wa tusi!
It’s typical w/events like that. Every year during Memorial Day weekend they have “Black Biker Weekend” in Myrtle Beach, SC. Crime is sooo bad that businesses close up that weekend. They cried racism but it’s nothing but a giant thug party. I would close my business too. When they get into large crowds like that, it’s anything but civil.
Violent crime is a black phenomenon. To say otherwise is to ignore the elephant in the room.
Black Expo 'inescapably tied' to race violence
Practice makes perfect...they will be ready to riot nationally (min. 50 cities) when SCOTUS boots the 0kakaKare!

I was curious about what a “Black Expo” is. According to the site linked above, it will be held for a week in July. It includes a business conference, an education conference, art exhibits, a car show, youth programs ... and music performances. I expect the last item has a lot to do with the violence that might occur.
An Indianapolis joke:
Q:
Why don’t we have a “white expo” here in Indy?
A:
We do, it’s called the Brickyard 400.
(that’s the July Nascar race for those who don’t know)
Feral animals empowered by the feral government, pure and simple!
There will be no reelection without an election. If they start it, we shall end it.
There is no other word for it, but savage, absolute gang, mob mentality takes over the streets.
Descent folks go home and thugs from all around the midwest come to town to show their colors score a deal and chase "bitches & ho's".
Black Expo refuses to acknowledge this, they play they race card and blame everyone else for the fact that these savages use their event for cover.
That’s the venue to gather the feral animals. The “reason” for violence will be the SCOTUS decision to boot 0kakaKare!
Then carry on and spread nationally to force the feral government to invoke Martial Law!
Can you say, Reichstag Fire?
Maybe a result of inbreeding?.
