Isn’t the west basically following the same recipe as Japan did for the past 20 years, basically government spewing out big funds to banks to keep them afloat year after year? There the result has been a stagnant economy for decades. Is this what we’re in for now here by following the same policies?

And, won't any sign of a recovery drive up interest rates?
