The #5s drive me crazy. These are the Juan McCains of the world, who want to be loved and accepted by their “friends across the aisle,” those who stab them in the back at the first opportunity. They believe it’s more noble to be statesmanlike and polite, thus allowing an unqualified community organizer to be elected to office. Politics has NEVER been for the squeamish (ask Julius Caesar or Alexander Hamilton). They want to be loved by the media, yet they trash their core values as they melt like a snowball in July. I have more respect for liberals, misguided as they are, who never compromise their twisted beliefs, than those on the right who seek compromise and acceptance from them. Like I always say, liberals don’t need to be listened to, accepted, or understood. They need to be exposed, discredited, and voted out of office.
I agree. But I wonder how bold our leftist overlords would be if the MSM wasn't a communist propaganda organ. The power of populism cannot be overlooked.
