This is pretty hilarious. I wonder how Rat-style medicine tastes to the Rats. It's time to out-Axelrod Axelrod! As one of the commenters said, this ain't the McCain campaign.

It would be really cool if he had one of those horns that plays Dixie.

Brilliant move by the Romney Campaign.
Now, they just need to get a louder horn and a whole crowd of people with handheld air horns, noisemakers and firecrackers for whenever Obama speaks.

should have been blaring the theme to “Shaft” as well.

Pretty childish. I know the rats pull this crap... and I hate it when they do it too. Really don't want to see us descend to their level... would rather elevate the conversation. Frankly, let Obama talk... he's burying himself.
In that case, said Napoleon, let us wait twenty minutes; when the enemy is making a false movement we must take good care not to interrupt him.

It is amusing but there might be a special reason behind this ... who had their speech scheduled first, Romney or Obama? Because the _Resident has a knack of showing up in a time and place already scheduled (e.g. the Dick Cheney speech), effectively honking his horn to try and drown out the other guy. So if this is another case of Obama playing his high school trick of jumping in a time slot already taken, then the bus trick is a wonderfully subtle (dare I say a Kerryesque nuanced?) payback.

I laughed out loud but did not roll on the floor.
I don’t care who you are, that’s funny.
I am less conflicted about voting for Romney as his campaign ramps up. It certainly is refreshing compared to McCANTCAMPain.

I’m starting to like the Romney campaign. Romney figured out real quick how to get under Newt’s skin. Now he’s going to get under Obama’s. And Obama is very thin-skinned and is easily irritated. If Romney keeps this up, Barry will implode.
To: seanmerc
What a bunch of clowns. The media will have a field day with this. While I think it is funny the vast majority of the public that is uninformed by the MSM will see this as Romney behaving unpresidential. He needs to stay out of the news.
To: seanmerc
They need to drop off about a dozen clowns, with donughts maybe, and run around with bicycle horns and buckets of confetti. You know pretend like they are throwing water but its really confetti. They could explain later that it was symbolic of waking up the dimwit sheeple.

I think the Romney campaign is listening to Newt’s advice, who said his schedule will be the White House schedule. Except he’s not rebutting Obama’s speeches, he preempting them.
