He should just tell them he was having a seizure brought on by the stress of the contentious election campaigns. I’m sure they let him skate on out.

GOOD!
The arrogant should be made examples of to impress others that driving and drinking, driving and texting, and driving and talking on cell phones are STU-PID (unsafe) habits.

I for one do not think people should be talking on a cellphone while driving but I also do not think it calls for an arrest unless the person gives the police something to arrest them for..A ticket or a warring is what should be given..

I am sure Obama has Chris on his hate list along with many more..

I doubt he was arrested. It sounded like he was in a hurry because he saw the lights in his mirror, and said he was being arrested because that’s the first thing the popped up in his mind.

I bet he was just given a ticket, which is proper.

I was actually listening to this live this morning when it happened. It was pretty confusing because in Missouri you can talk on the phone when you’re driving. So, when Wallace said he was getting arrested (I’m sure he just meant that he was getting pulled over and ticketed), I couldn’t understand why. Jamie Allman, the radio show host seemed stunned, as well. Those are some crazy laws they got in Washington.

People who talk on their cell phones while driving annoy the hell out of me. If it was up to me, the police would have standing orders to use lethal force against anyone talking on a cell phone while driving. No warnings, no tickets, no arrests - the police would be instructed to just pull alongside the offending driver, take out you gun, aim, fire, aand keep firing until you run out of bullets.

I realize that some people, for whatever reason, might find this approach a bit extreme, but I think it would be effective.

Funny. I could of swore that Hannity got the first ticket for talking on the cell phone in NYC or DC. I could be wrong, but now I can’t find it.

I like Chris 80% of the time because he is very intellegent, highly informed and knows both sides of the issues thoroughly that he brings to the program.

When he challenges Republicans, they handle it and turn it into a teaching moment.

When he challenges Democrats, they stay buried, drowned in their own spin.

A win-win for Republicans.

he was ticketed not arrested, he was driving in D.C. which does have strict laws about driving and talking on the cell phone.
