busted for talking on cell phone while driving video at link
Because people think it's everyone else who can't handle driving with a cell phone, not themselves.
SWATed?
Not arrested:

I doubt he was arrested. It sounded like he was in a hurry because he saw the lights in his mirror, and said he was being arrested because that’s the first thing the popped up in his mind.
I bet he was just given a ticket, which is proper.
I was actually listening to this live this morning when it happened. It was pretty confusing because in Missouri you can talk on the phone when you’re driving. So, when Wallace said he was getting arrested (I’m sure he just meant that he was getting pulled over and ticketed), I couldn’t understand why. Jamie Allman, the radio show host seemed stunned, as well. Those are some crazy laws they got in Washington.
I realize that some people, for whatever reason, might find this approach a bit extreme, but I think it would be effective.
The cops would have to make sure they didn’t use all their bullets on a dog.
So...I take it you don’t have any problem with the guy in Texas who extremely predjudiced the pedofile he found with his daughter...LOL...love it!
I’m glad you stated that because I have thought this about him for years.... When he signed on at Fox I couldn’t believe it.
That’s what I was thinking, new cars now days, come with built in bluetooth. You would think Wallace could afford it.
Funny. I could of swore that Hannity got the first ticket for talking on the cell phone in NYC or DC. I could be wrong, but now I can’t find it.
As long as the dog wasn't driving, and talking on a cell phone.
That smarmy little liberal twit should have had that cellphone rammed up his @$$*.
No, Sam is right. Wallace displays severe leg tingles whenever he gets to shill, I mean, talk about mitt.
Chris: "Congressman Gingrich, may I call you AntiChrist - AntiChrist Gingrich, isn't it true that you are the AntiChrist and Sarah Palin is Satan? And isn't it also true, as all right thinking people know, that a man who spends a lot of money on hair products, not you, demonstrates responsibility - the kind of responsibility to lead our nation?"
Really; a 'bit' extreme? Okay. . .so how do you 'feel' when you see someone drinking coffee while driving; or eating from a bag of Duncan Donuts; or just 'scarfing down' a Big Mac?
(Do you grip the wheel? Does your blood pressure start to rise; and/or do you 'feel' the pressure of a rapid heart beat in your chest?)
Whatever your MO; it just seems to me; that YOU may be; a 'bit' of a threat; on a crowded highway. . .if only a tad less, than the person using that cell phone.
Got a $100 ticket myself a few weeks ago. Mandatory fine in DC. No warnings.
I like Chris 80% of the time because he is very intellegent, highly informed and knows both sides of the issues thoroughly that he brings to the program.
When he challenges Republicans, they handle it and turn it into a teaching moment.
When he challenges Democrats, they stay buried, drowned in their own spin.
A win-win for Republicans.
I wouldn't be as harsh on these people. I would just have the cops wing them.
he was ticketed not arrested, he was driving in D.C. which does have strict laws about driving and talking on the cell phone.
I bet yer a left-lane vigilante too, ain’t ya? Keep yer @ss north of the Red River, bub.
