The MKM is at 47A/52D
Intensity back up to -15%
A lot of folks here don’t think polls matter this far out... I disagree... If Romney starts to build a lead, lots of money will follow.. And he’ll need it to counter the massive disgusting media schilling for Obama, the Muslim Kenyan Marxist.
I am trying to figure out who the 4% for another candidate and the 4% undecided are.
Looking forward to November.
This is before his VP.. A guy like Allen West would add energy to a listless candidate
Romney is getting close to breaking it wide open. If he was to reach 50% in this poll it might get ugly.
The way I see it, for each of those categories, Romney gets 2%, Obama gets 1%, Goode and others get 1%. That puts Romney at 52% - 46%. Almost exactly the Scott Walker results
“And hell need it to counter the massive disgusting media schilling for Obama”
Absolutely right. Romney will need tons of money to counter the combined resources of the Democrat-MSM Alliance. If he miraculously succeeds in raising more money than Obama, count on the Alliance to viciously attack Romney for catering to big money special interests.
I agree. These polls are early and it still has Romney tied or leading. This is before the conventions and any bumps that would follow. Right now it is Obama that needs a bump. He is so predictable that it should be easy to paint him into a corner.
No, I am not a Romney fan, but definitely an Anyone But Obama voter. I still have a feeling the gap is wider than these polls indicate. No one I know, except for communists I work with are voting for this guy and are really po’ed.
44% is less than the 45.7% that Dukakis got against Bush in 1988
“Another candidate” would be the ABR contingent.
Although beating bambi even by a small margin will be a good thing, he really needs to have his arse handed to him in a mega landslide in order for me to believe that America is salvagable. Same goes for Mitt if he doesn’t put-out in a conservative way in his first term.
At first I was a little dismayed that Romney has not announced a believable, understandable economic plan. (I think he has some wonky 59-point plan that no one can articulate.)
But now I think that if he DID articulate a real plan, the media would jump all over it and distract from the utter disaster that is Obama.
Being patient seems to be working. Especially since stimulus, Obama’s only economic “strategy”, is proving increasingly ineffective.
Incompetence on parade from the Blamer-in-Chief:
That’s an amazing stat...
If Romney wins the ‘Popular Vote’, I WONDER WHAT THOSE STATES WILL DO THAT CHANGED THEIR ELECTORAL VOTE ASSIGNMENTS TO REFLECT POPULAR VOTES?...................
“Being patient seems to be working.”
Heard a sports announcer this week cite an adage about the art of baseball pitching which echoes your comment: Rush to fail, slow down to succeed.
Never show your hand too early. If he were to release any economic plan now, it would be attacked relentlessly for the next 5 months.............
My faith in our country will only be restored when Obama polls at 12% or less.
