Too bad we dont have the refinery space to handle rhe oil?? We refine much more oil than either Saudi Arabia or Russia produces in total.
We have the refinery capacity as about the same amount of crude oil that Saudi Arabia, Russia AND Iran export taken together.
We could more than double than our current crude oil production and not reach the amount we refine today. Most of the crude oil we refine is imported.

I'd say storage and pipelines are more the issue. Major increases in present refining are on the way in Texas and if they could get the pipelines to the East Coast they could take some of what's coming out of your area.
