By that logic, either you are planning on blowing up an abortion clinic tonight, or you are a hypocrite.
Governore Bush, who is a pro-life Catholic, used every legal means at his disposal, and then respected the court's decision, even though he disagreed with it. To do otherwise would have set a very dangerous precedent. I happened to be living in Palm Beach County when this was going on, was not a fan of Jeb Bush, and hated what was happening. Nevertheless, Jeb Bush did everything in his power to prevent the outcome. To say otherwise is to attempt to override the facts for the sake of personal political prejudices. It's like saying Obama deserves no credit for giving the order to kill bin Laden. It sounds petty.
And what precedent was set by the ungodly horrible death of Terri Schiavo?
Was that in any way justice on any level?
Jeb Bush had more options, as I laid out. He was too chicken to use them.
The judiciary is not sacrosanct. Liberal judges have proved that over and over.
All the king’s men could not save an innocent woman from a horrible death.
Thus, you must think Mr. Schiavo had an inviolate right to determine his wife’s fate, and there were no other societal considerations at all.
You must enjoy living in the Middle Ages.
