If what I read is true, then she didn't lie, she didn't mislead. She answered truthfully.
When asked how much was in the account she said she didn't know. At the time she was asked, she didn't know how much was in there.
Neither had discussed with the attorney as to what they could do with the $$.

There was ample wiggle in most of the questions. The prosecution did ask for an total approximation IIRC. Which she could have given, but did not. It’s just that a problem was created where it was completely unnecessary. O’Mara should have known better.
