The judge who revoked George Zimmerman's bond did so after he determined that it was "apparent" that Zimmerman's wife had lied under oath, and clear that Zimmerman "does not properly respect the law."
Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester revoked Zimmerman's bond on June 1, but his written order was filed Monday. In it, Lester lays out his rationale.

Perhaps I overreached with the jacktard metaphor, but the leftist likes to pretend he’s a conservative, and I loathe false flags here.
By the way he wasn’t advised to “stay in his vehicle”. The dispatcher suggested that he stop following Treyvon “after” he had gotten out of his car and had gone a good distance from it.
A dispatcher is NOT a police officer. They can only “suggest” that you do something and are not in the position to “tell” you what to do or not do. They can only suggest.
But, when the dispatcher suggested to George to stop following Treyvon, George said “OK” and started to return to his car. When he reached his car, Treyvon had come out of hiding (remember, Martin had lost Zimmerman when it took off running) and confronted Zimmerman. That confrontation is the first illegal act in this entire situation. The second illegal act is when Martin threw the first punch knocking Zimmerman to the ground. Trey then jumped on Z and pinned him down. He started beating Z saying “I’m going to kill you”.
Martin would still be alive today if he hadn’t done anything illegal. But he did and people like you just want to hang a man for standing up to one of Obama’s sons.
Shame on you.
There’s no arguement, just statements, questions, assumptions, observations, etc. All the stuff that forums are for.
I didn’t see that in the transcript I read. Which line/lines?
If I had a bunch of frothing mouthed, hate-filled, costume wearing, punk-ignorant idiots putting bounties on me, I would try to arrange an exit.
Great info. Thanks.
You’ll have to read his response to my question. I don’t watch FOX News Channel. I thought Fox and Friends was conservative (but I haven’t watched it in eons). I thought FOX evening news (which I don’t watch because I pretty much get my news here and elsewhere) was rated conservative (until it took sides with Mitt during the early primaries). Formerly pretty boy who’s on just before FOX News in the evening never has been conservative. Then there’s Gretta....
But the liberals are all CERTAIN that conservatives are dedicated to FOX for their news.
Whatever. I couldn’t see the point of the post, myself.
Good grief.
Your ignorance is truly astounding.
Maybe this will help. Go to http://theconservativetreehouse.com/ and start reading. It will take you many MANY hours if you care a damn to get any of your facts straight.
RAW LIES!
Lil J...what’s up? Long time, I’ve missed the disdain and denigration that I’ve grown to enjoy from you.
Definition of GOAD
1a : something that pains as if by pricking : thorn b : something that urges or stimulates into action : spur
2: a pointed rod used to urge on an animal
not really nasty, but I do appreciate the effort
So it wasn’t even a 911 operator? It was just a person on the phone? For all GZ knew it was the janitor.
Thanks
Or if he just stayed home...
Or never got out of bed...
Or had never been born...
What is the point of that stupid statement? GZ did nothing wrong. TM is responsible for what happened. Stop being obtuse.
Yeah, you said that whatever provoked the attack was irrelevant. I thought it was a nice out from discussing anything else, so I said...’nice out’
Are you too lazy to listen to the actual tape and find out for yourself? /rhetorical question
That’s for sure, seeing as it was taken way out of context. The whole thing was about a tv program I think. Not about the news. It just so happened that the guy I was talking about referenced Fox.
Anyway, it’s neat that the guy would actually do research on something I said, even if he got it wrong.
In a drawer full of sporks he’s the dull one.
Zimmerman was experienced in calling the police due to his Neighborhood Watch work. It wasn't 'just a person.' It was a nonemergency police dispatcher; Zimmerman knew who to call.
Back in March, the City of Sanford issued a letter to address a number of questions. Regarding the conversation between Zimmerman and the police, the letter said:
Yes it will; however, the telecommunications call taker asked Zimmerman are you following him. Zimmerman replied, yes. The call taker stated you dont need to do that. The call takers suggestion is not a lawful order that Mr. Zimmerman would be required to follow. Zimmermans statement was that he had lost sight of Trayvon and was returning to his truck to meet the police officer when he says he was attacked by Trayvon.
Bond isn't supposed to be punitive, and GZ doesn't have control over the money any more anyway. If he releases GZ on his own recognizance, he looks like a fool for throwing GZ back in jail and (effectively) stealing GZ's original bond fee. If he raises the bond, where will the money come from? If he refuses to allow bond, that sounds like being punitive when the fault is his own for not taking Shellie Zimmerman up on her offer of calling the brother-in-law for the PayPal total.
Please substitute vehicle for car in anything I said. Better?
