No arrests have been made in the case. A grand jury will determine what, if any charges will be filed.
Someone should be working to determine what kind of rewards this guy is going to receive. He prevented something worse from happening to his daughter as well as protecting the rest of society from this guy every harming another child again.

Why would any charges need to be filed. The father rid the world of vermin, and saved taxpayers a huge amount of money.

His name will not been released until his next-of-kin are notified.Any decent "next of kin" will deny any relationship with the deceased. A posthumous disowning, if you will.

Here in California, they would have tried the father for murder.

I expect nothing less than autopsy finding death from natural causes. Unless they can’t seem to locate the body. Things can get lost, y’know.

Justice has been served-—most economically too and not a moment too soon. What sort of insect sexually assaults a four year old child? Sick tasbard!

Was it the father’s daughter or the molester’s daughter. The headline is confusing. But the man who killed the creep was right to do so even if she wasn’t either one’s daughter.

Jeez, you'd think the birthplace of the English language would get it right. The ‘’victim’’ here is the 4 year-old child. The guy beaten to death is the ''perpetrator''.

Thank god the father didn't have a gun, or he might have killed the guy!
What? What's that? He did? Without a gun?
Nevermind ...

Let’s see if the ACLU or La Raza say anything. I sure hope they do and then get slammed back to the stone age. Or maybe Obamagabe will interject something.

I’m glad to see this guy is from Texas. There’s no way in hell a grand jury from Texas will indict him. Any other state, I might worry.
I guess, with any homicide, you have to have at least a perfunctory investigation, but after they get that out of the way, if the story checks out, give the man a medal.
