Ok, I’m not the brightest bulb in the chandelier, but how would these bin-residents be able to vote without a valid Wisconsin address? Would they assume the identities of real Wisconsin voters?

Where I live, you don’t need ID, but you do have to give a name to a person at the front desk. If your registration isn’t found or you haven’t voted lately, you don’t vote today..

Look at the many videos prepared by O’Keefe showing election officials allowing fraudulent voting. It is easy. Especially if the Democrats at the voting locations are helping.
