I don’t think you’re going very far out on a limb with that one.
I don’t watch TV, but was passing through the room with Pat Sajak’s game show on, and one of the contestants unashamedly pointed out his queer partner in the audience, sitting with his smiling, heterosexual(but perhaps not normal) parents.
I don’t know much about 21st centruy televison programming, but it seems to be only for women and homos these days.
On Jeopardy a couple of weeks ago, a male contestant made mention of his “husband”. Alex didn’t flinch.
Oh my gosh. Same-sex couples on Dancing With The Stars???
I can see ratings really drop off, if we see some famous lesbian such as Rosie O’Donnell. How many people want to tune in to see Rosie dancing with a girl????????
