Last Sunday, Up with Chris Hayes host Chris Hayes ignited significant outrage with his musings about the word heroes. This morning, Up panelist and national security reporter for The Nation Jeremy Scahill waded into controversial semantic waters by repeatedly accusing President Obama of murder through the administrations use of drone strikes, which have killed an indeterminate number of civilians.
Surprisingly, Scahills indictment of the President was challenged, not by Hayes, but by Redstate.com co-founder Joshua Treviño.
The topic of discussion was the so-called kill list of suspected terrorists to be exterminated in drone strikes. Hayes began by trying to drill down on Scahills use of the term murder in an earlier segment. Obviously, thats a loaded verb because it carries certain moral and legal ramifications, Hayes said.

But it’s not murder when he promotes and enables surgical strikes on unborn infants.
Whoa! Hayes isn't just an ordinary talking head he, like, knows stuff and things, dude.
It is also one hundred percent accurate regarding the bombing of the homes of Gadafi’s grandchildren during the Lybian fiasco.
You don’t kill civilian families when you have no idea where a dictator is and are hoping dumb luck will turn him up.
And Eric Holder and Obama were both publicly saying back in 2009 that if the World Court indicted GWB for war crimes they may consider to honor the indictment.
What say you now Hussein?
