Once again, the burden of proof is on the prosecution.
The prosecution will have to prove that Zimmerman attacked Martin, if their charge is to stick.
And the preponderance of evidence available thus far, such as the injuries to the respective individuals, for instance, as well as other circumstances, supports Zimmerman's claim of self-defense.
If you wish to take the prosecution's angle in this discussion, then embrace the fact that it is the state who will have to prove, with their evidence, and beyond any reasonable doubt, that something other than self-defense occurred.
You have no proof that Zimmerman acted in any way illegally.
I await said proof from you. Until you have it, I suggest you quit denigrating your fellow FReepers by using the “babbling” term.
