When they told him to, he obeyed and laid down with his hands above his head while the trained guns on him.
Then they shot while him screaming, “he’s reaching for his gun” trying to alter the witnesses’ experiences to confuse them. The witnesses that were interviewed held their own minds and were not effected by the manipulation. The victim’s hands were no where near the gun.

And where is the ACLU or Justice Department? And were there no nonlethal devices available? Seems like just about everyone is getting Tasered these days. Hopefully a civil suit will follow although I'm of the opinion our government should have instituted a thorough review of this case. While much smaller in scale, this use of excessive force is reminiscent of Ruby Ridge and Waco.
