I didnt say one word in support of, or even regarding, Romney.
I was comparing Palin to Gingrich.

You should try opening your eyes when you read. You’ll get more out of it that way.
My guess would be that the new refinery is definitely having an effect on oil prices, but as to whether it is the reason for the recent drop in prices, I can’t say.
It is more likely that the world wide recession is also effecting oil prices.
