As FDR would want.

I don’t doubt this about FDR. He ws a complex person; certain of his views and statements seemed at odds with his basic liberal/socialist personna. I would like to know more about the philosophical basis of his opposition to public employee unions.

Whenever our area police want a raise, they attack and threaten to refuse service to anyone who doesn’t shout YEA POLICE, LET”S GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!!

Of course, the cops can’t usually do that, so it’s their family and friends and “benevolent” association that does it.

Public service unions are an abomination against general society. It is a shame on those members who might be your relative or neighbor. The unions today are not what was needed in the early 1900s’ Today unions are only for power over other people, not for work pay equality. This is why unions gravitate to the communist order.

That’s another thing. I did not know until I read it a few months ago that even FDR did not approve of public sector unions.
