I don't give a damn about 'cycles'. I want sane people back in charge that flat out tell these heifer breed cows that they can no longer make money off of having children, period. Leeches all. When they stop getting paid to have babies, they will move on to other endeavors.

The desire to have children comes from economics. The breeding with thugs comes from simple reality: a woman without a thug on call, becomes prey for all the other thugs in the neighborhood. She then also has an incentive to have her sons grow up to be thugs, so they can protect her when she gets too old to attract thugs into her bed.
