Hatch went up against Kennedy many times, most notably during the Clarence Thomas hearings. They remained friends in spite of their differences and I attribute that to Hatchs ability to be true gentleman.
Yeah, a true gentleman who supported and voted for Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Now THAT's conservatism in action (snort).

There was a time when Senators believed president's should have the nominees they chose. If Hatch has a fault its that he served during the 40 years of the filibuster-proof, Democrat-controlled Congress when Republicans had no power and lost every fight. Those old timers still think presidents should have their choices.
You'd have more credibility if you didn't support such a HUGE loon for President (snort).
