Well, they would be considered TRAITORS to New York (there for, New York Scum), since they were former citizens of the Empire State (that is, if we follow the logic of some people).

That they should be permanently barred from ever again visiting New York. We could call it "The Schumer Law". Think of the jobs to be created as we line I-95 and all the airports and tunnels with more agents looking for NY state tax cheats.
